WELCOME!
Move-In Day kicks off Roadrunner Days!

UTSA Housing and Residence Life is looking forward to welcoming you to one of the three on-campus properties owned and operated by The University of Texas at San Antonio: Laurel Village, Chaparral Village, and Alvarez Hall.

On your move-in day, please keep these tips in mind- it will make your move-in process as smooth and painless as possible:

1: You've downloaded the app! Way to go! Explore all the features. All the information you might need for Move-In is in here. If it's not, let us know and we'll add it!

2: Chaparral and Laurel Village residents- use our drive-by and unload volunteers for curbside service. You don't even have to get out of the car! Click on "Stress-free ways to Move-in" for more details. If you decide to use the curbside service, the driver must stay behind the wheel. Be sure you know your exact housing assignment info!

3: Don't know your housing assignment? Go back to your housing application portal- all of that info will be there.

4: If you want to unload on your own, you may use the 30 minute park & unloading zones. Park and unload areas will also have volunteers available. This is the only option available to Alvarez Hall residents. Click on "Stress-free ways to Move-in" for details.

Whichever way you choose to unload, everyone must move their vehicles to the Temporary Housing and Family Parking. Once again, "Stress-free ways to Move-in" has a map to guide you.
