We understand that your lives and plans have been affected by the recent situation surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19). Our hearts go out to those around the world affected by recent events.

We will continue to communicate with you on how to best navigate this situation as a member of the Guidebook community. Our support lines will be open during regular business hours with an emphasis on expediting our response time. Please note that due to an unusual influx of requests we ask you to be patient as we try to provide the best solution for your unique situation.

For those of you that still must travel, we hope you travel safely.
