About this guide

Welcome to the 41st Professional & Organizational Development Network in Higher Education (POD) conference!

The conference program is filled with opportunities for you to explore our conference theme, Transformative Relationships. Traditional POD conference features include the plenary session, interactive workshops, roundtable discussions, poster presentations. This year we continue with sessions that started last year, Birds of a Feather. As in the past, we offer you ample opportunity to network through shared meals, expeditions, informal meetings, the Welcome Reception, the resource and job fair, and returning this year – POD Unconference sessions.

To help you get the most out of the many opportunities the conference offers, volunteers will be available in a welcome and hospitality area throughout the conference to welcome you, answer your questions, and provide suggestions when appropriate. This conference was developed and is sustained through the work of hundreds of volunteers from the POD Network.

Thank you so much for all that you do!
