I am a the Chief Of Staff at Top Hat. In this role, I lead and support strategic initiatives that drive operational effectiveness and startup OKRs, working directly with the CEO and the executive team.
My previous roles include Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Human Capital practice and a PhD level research scientist, working in Toronto. I used my knowledge in organizational behavior, research, and consulting to draw critical insights for Deloitte's internal and external clients, helping organizations address their strategic priorities.
I am also a certified leadership assessor focused on evaluating leaders' capabilities and potential. I hold a Doctor of Philosophy and a Master of Arts degrees in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside. My previous research work examined diversity, charisma, and leadership.
