  • Write everything out. Make a list of deadlines and figure out what has to happen when. Focus on things you can control and take care of them one step at a time.
  • Find or create a calm space. Clear off your desk and make it an inviting place to study.
  • Take a break or get some sleep. Our brains sometimes process information without conscious thought, so a break might help you figure things out.
