Joshua Crossman leads Chef's Customer Success and Services teams, including Customer Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
Joshua has nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology and services. Prior to Chef, Joshua lead Client Services, Strategy, and Customer Sales for sales for BrightEdge, a leading marketing SaaS platform, helping the company grow by nearly 10X to over $75M in less than 5 years. He was Vice President and General Manager of the Technology and B2B business unit at Quinstreet, where he oversaw several acquisitions and revenues double. Joshua also spent 8 years at McKinsey and Company, where he was a leader in their technology sales and marketing practice. He graduated from Duke University with honors.
