Lauren Wisniewski has over 15 years of experience at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She has led 24 workshops throughout the United States on critical infrastructure resilience, and coordination between water utilities other critical infrastructure sectors including energy, emergency services, and food and agriculture. She is a member of EPAs Response Support Corps and has experience staffing the Water Desk in EPAs Emergency Operation Center (EOC). She developed EPAs Power Resilience Guide for Water and Wastewater Utilities. Mrs. Wisniewski regularly presents at conferences and on webinars on power resilience at water utilities and black sky resilience in the water sector. Her experience also includes water quality standards and watershed modeling. Lauren has a Bachelors of Science in Engineering, summa cum laude, in Civil Engineering from Duke University and a Masters of Public Health from George Washington University.
