Mr. Martin L. DiGregory joined the Emergency Management Institute (EMI) in August 2001, and is currently a Training Specialist in the Response and Recovery Branch. He is the Course Manager for the Public Assistance curriculum and has the primary responsibility for managing the development and delivery of all Public Assistance (PA) training for FEMA audiences as well as State, Tribal, Territorial and Local audiences.

Before joining the staff at EMI, Mr. DiGregory served for 14 years as an Emergency Management specialist at FEMA Headquarters in Washington, DC. After spending his first twoyears in FEMAs Emergency Management Intern Program, he spent eight years in the Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Program and four years in the PA Program. Among his accomplishments are the development and maintenance of FEMAs REP User Fee Program and work on the redesign of the PA Program.

Mr. DiGregory graduated with a B.S. degree from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida, in 1987, and has spent his entire professional career with FEMA.
