Pat Draper, BS, PEM, has worked as the Kent County Health Department’s Emergency Preparedness Specialist since 2004. Her focus is on preparedness for Kent County’s vulnerable populations and the organizations that serve them. Pat facilitates a multi-disciplinary preparedness committee of human service oriented organizations, and coordinates a training program accessible for people with disabilities. Pat works with the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to meet program requirements and develop strategies for addressing Kent County’s preparedness needs. She has served on the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) Health and Disability Learning Community and on NACCHO’s Disability Work Group.
