For the questions about TABLES, here is some helpful information: + Our small round tables seat 8 or 9 people comfortably, but can accommodate 10 people. + Our large round tables seat 10 or 11 people comfortably, but can accommodate 12 people. + We also have rectangular tables which are usually used for serving but can seat approximately 2-3 people per side. For PROMOTION questions: Note that unless you give us a flyer in a PDF format we will use only a text summary of your event (name, date, time, location as provided on this form) without graphics or with only simple graphics. Please use the "Additional Instructions" section farther down to provide a description of your event. For example, tell us why you're holding it, why it might be of interest to attendees, and/or any other information that would encourage people to come.
