Each year, the University Collaborative
Faculty Institute hosts faculty, instructional designers, librarians, academic and student services staff, tutors, and campus administrators throughout the University of Maine System (UMS), as they gather to share their experiences and expertise with colleagues.
The Institute is an opportunity to highlight successes and to develop new strategies for meeting educational challenges with technological and distance-led teaching and learning across the spectrum.
This event is sponsored by the UMS Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs, the University of Maine at Augusta, and the support of a UMS-wide committee of faculty and staff who work diligently to bring this event to life each year.
The 2019 University Collaborative Faculty Institute is pleased to welcome Julie Dirksen,
author of Design for How People Learn,
as our keynote speaker.
