Ali is an accomplished facilitator and organizational consultant, with over 13 years of proven strategic and leadership skills. She assists clients to act strategically, enhance communications, build teams, develop leaders, and achieve high performance. She has experience using both qualitative and quantitative assessment methods including interviews, focus groups, survey methods, and psychological measurements. Her consulting experience consists of survey design; curriculum development; competency modeling; workshop and exercise design; team alignment; facilitation and coaching. Ms. Meyer is also an executive coach through the Center for Creative Leadership. Ms. Meyer holds a BA in Psychology from U.C. Berkeley, an MS in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology and is currently working on her dissertation and is in “All But Dissertation" status for obtaining a Dual PhD in Clinical and Industrial-Organizational psychology. Ms. Meyer is bicultural and fluent (speak, read, write) in Spanish having been raised in Peru and the U.S.
