Allison Carlock

Allison Carlock is the Partnership and Engagement Branch Chief in the Individual and Community Preparedness Division (ICPD) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). In this role, she is responsible for leading the Agencys efforts for engaging youth, citizen responders, and community partners in preparedness programming, messaging, and initiatives. During times of disaster, she works for FEMA at the National Response Coordination Center (NRCC) coordinating resources to support childrens needs. Allison has responded to several large disasters including the 2017 Hurricane Season, Super Storm Sandy in New York, NY and Hurricane Katrina in Biloxi, MS. Mrs. Carlock holds a Masters of Public Policy and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, College Park. Allison lives in Maryland with her husband and two daughters.
