Tiana Farrant is the Training and Exercise Coordinator for the Denver Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security. Previously, she was the Risk Coordinator for the Denver UASI and led the planning and execution of the THIRA and SPR. She also serves as Emergency Operations Center staff, OEM Duty Officer, and Terrorism Liaison Officer. Prior to Denver OEM/UASI, Tiana was a FEMA Region VIII contractor providing hazard mitigation planning expertise to the Risk Analysis Branch. Tiana is also a former U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense Officer. She holds a M.C.P. from Boston University and a B.S. in GIS from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
