Melissa Everett is an Online Instructor Developer at Brigham Young University-Idaho, where she assists in the management and training of almost 2000 remote, online instructors. She has been involved in distance education for more than a decade as an online adjunct and remote online administrator. Her other experience in higher education spans more than 20 years. She has participated in the BYU-Idaho Online Learning and Teaching Conference planning for the last four years and has been the conference chair for the last two. Melissa also received the BYU-Idaho Exemplary Faculty Award in 2014.
