I have been teaching online since 2013 at Texas Woman's University at various capacities. I was an instructional designer at Texas Woman's University where obtained certifications from TxDLA for Accessibility and a certification from the Association of College and University Educators in Effective Teaching Practices. I also conducted workshops promoting accessibility and best teaching practices for online teaching. I am now teaching hybrid courses at Wright State University as an assistant professor in the School of Medicine. Recently, have assisted faculty in converting face to face courses into hybrid courses for the MPH Program at Wright State University. I serve as their go to person for online pedagogy.
