Is there free wifi?
Just open your wireless network connection on any device, click on “BCEC Wireless Network,” and you’re ready to go.

Where do I park?
The BCEC offers two parking options: valet and self-parking. Valet parking is available by turning into the BCEC’s east side entrance off Summer Street, which runs between the Convention Center and the Westin. For self-parking,continue beyond the valet area. At the end of the building, turn right and go down the ramp. At the bottom, turn left and you will see the entrance to the “South Parking Lot.” Shuttle buses run continuously between the lot and building entrances. Valet parking is $25 all day. Self-parking is $12 for the day.

Where can I get some cash?
There are three Citizens Bank ATMs located within the building.

Where can I get food? I HUNGER.
The BCEC has a food court located on the west side of the building, in addition there will be a free lunch trolley running all three days which can take you to a plethora of Boston food locations. Swing by the BCEC transportation desk on level 1 for more information.

Is there somewhere for me to drop my coat / bag off?
We will indeed have a coat and bag check, the location has not yet been locked down, but it will definitely exist.
