Daniel Grotta

Daniel Grotta has worn numerous hats in publishing: author, editor, investigative reporter, war correspondent, book & music critic, technology reviewer, features writer & columnist. What’s more, he has made a comfortable living as a freelancer for his entire career. Among his numerous books was the first biography of J.R.R. Tolkien, which was in continuous publication for over 30 years. His fiction includes “Seven From Haven” (a collection of paranormal short stories) and the novella “Honor.” In addition, his short fiction has appeared in “Asimov's” & “Focus Magazine.” Daniel has recently become the publisher of Pixel Hall Press. He's a member of The Authors Guild, National Book Critics Circle, the Overseas Press Club, and SFWA.
