John Klima

John Klima is the Assistant Director at the Waukesha Public Library. In addition to his duties as Assistant Director, he has written several articles about Steampunk for Library Journal. Klima spends his days investigating ways that technology can improve services for library patrons and employees.  When not in the library, John edited the Hugo Award–winning magazine Electric Velocipede from 2001 to 2013. The magazine is also a four-time nominee for the World Fantasy Award.

John has also edited several anthologies including Logorrhea: Good Words Make Good Stories which is an anthology of stories inspired by spelling-bee winning words and a fairy-tale reprint anthology called Happily Ever After. In 2013 he co-edited a speculative nightclub anthology with Lynne M. Thomas and Michael Damian Thomas called Glitter & Mayhem

As of March 2014, John became the editor of the Bulletin, the professional publication of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
