Laurel Anne Hill

Komenar Publishing released Heroes Arise, Laurel Anne Hill's award-winning novel, in 2007. Over 25 of her short stories have been published, most recently in the anthologies How Beer Saved the World (Sky Warrior Book Publishing, LLC), Fault Zone (Sand Hill Review Press), A Bard in the Hand (Double Dragon Press) and Shanghai Steam (Absolute XPress). Shanghai Steam, nominated for an Aurora Award in 2013, has been recommended by Writing Fantasy & Science Fiction 

Laurel gives creative writing workshops for adults and young adults, has served as a proof reader for Sand Hill Review Press, and is a writing contest judge.  She's a member of California Writers Club, Broad Universe, Wicked Women Writers and Women Writing the West.
