The Dining Lab at Monroe College is a student-run restaurant in our New Rochelle campus that operates as part of the School of Hospitality Management and the Culinary Arts. The restaurant is open to the public and offers a three-course gourmet dinner with a selection of homemade meals. The menu is offered at a fixed priced of just $25.

The Dining Lab's daytime operation, The Pastry Kiosk, is also open to the public and serves gourmet sandwiches, paninis, pizzas, and pastries – among other delicious offerings.
