Sally Courtice

Sally Courtice is a Dietitian with over 12 years of experience in working in tertiary, urban and rural hospitals in Queensland and the United Kingdom. She has worked in the areas of clinical dietetics, foodservice, team and project management, quality and safety, and research. Sally has a particular interest in changing hospital systems, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, to improve the nutritional intake, and thus outcomes, of acutely ill patients. She currently leads the Dietetic team at the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital and works in foodservice and acute medicine.
