Shonnel Rothery completed her Masters in Dietetics from the University of Queensland in 2011 and has been working at The Townsville Hospital since graduation. Shonnel has been actively involved in developing and implementing workplace instructions, policies and procedures to enhance quality of care in a variety of clinical settings. Shonnel has also been working towards broadening the services available to rural and remote cancer patients after treatment via telehealth services. Shonnel is enthusiastically involved in the Dietitians Active in Research Team (DAiRT), whose research she is presenting today. Shonnel is currently a valued member of the Medical Oncology and Haematology teams at Townsville Cancer Centre.
