2011 OSBDC Operation Start-Up and Grow Veterans Entrepreneurship Conference-Lawton

The 2011 OSBDC Operation Start-Up and Grow Veterans Entrepreneurship Conference in Lawton, Oklahoma will be held on November 8, 2011! This is a free conference for veterans, active duty military, and spouses of veterans and is sponsored by the Oklahoma Small Business Development Center. It will be held at the Cameron University CETES Conference Center and will last from 8:30 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. with breakfast and lunch provided. The conference will feature speakers such as Oklahoma Lieutenant Governor Todd Lamb, Oklahoma Secretary of Military and Veteran Affairs Major General (Ret) Rita Aragon, and Keynote Speaker Scott Denniston of the Scott Group of Virginia, LLC. Scott Denniston is the former Director of the Office of Small Business Programs and the Center for Veterans Enterprise at the Department of Veterans Affairs. The conference will cover several topics including: business start up, sources of capital, government contracting, networking and much more.
