Dozens of decisions are made during negotiations, as you go from preparing for negotiations to reaching a deal. Knowing who decides which proposal to accept or reject is crucial. This session’s presenters will provide guidance on when to work with operating departments, human resources, attorneys, finance, and your agency’s governing body to get the deal done right.
