Mary’s specialties are assisting leadership employees, CEO’s and governing boards with performance evaluations and organizational analysis as well as coaching employers to address deficiencies and maximize their impact. MRG has provided transformational services to clients including Fortune 500 Companies, international companies, professional associations and public agencies.
Mary is a Private Investigator licensed in CA. The MRG investigative team has handled hundreds of complicated workplace investigations for both private sector and public employers in employment matters including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistle blowing, threats, theft, fraud, policy violations, etc. Mary’s commitment to and passion for improving the quality of workplace investigations nationwide is demonstrated by her role with Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI). She was a founding member and spent years developing the AWI’s published standards for workplace investigations. Mary earned a BS degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from UCD and MPA degree from SFSU.
