Alfonso Estrada is an associate with Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. Mr. Estrada represents public and private sector employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination / harassment, retaliation, free speech, privacy, and employee discipline. When employment issues escalate into litigation, Mr. Estrada handles all stages of the litigation process to trial. He gained significant trial experience during his various assignments in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and was assigned to the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center in Downtown Los Angeles. Before joining AALRR, Mr. Estrada worked extensively with law enforcement unions representing their members in administrative matters, ranging from administrative investigations to discharge hearings, while gaining significant experience with the Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act.
