Hauck, Allyson

Allyson Hauck is a partner with Renne Sloan Holtzman Sakai LLP. Allyson joined the firm in 2007 to represent public and non-profit entities in labor and employment matters. She practices in the areas of Labor Relations and Labor Law, focusing on collective bargaining issues, contract negotiations, unfair labor practice charges and fact-finding hearings. She has significant experience handling complex labor negotiations addressing municipalities in fiscal distress and has achieved significant structural changes to address these fiscal challenges.

Allyson also focuses her practice on personnel matters, providing advice and counsel regarding employer’s obligations under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, Family Medical Leave Act, the California Family Rights Act (CFRA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as the numerous California leave laws.

In addition to her labor and employment practice, Allyson is trained to conduct Title IX investigations involving sexual violence and harassment allegations on college campuses. Ms. Hauck completed the Northeastern University Domestic Violence Clinic during law school, receiving training in trauma-focused representation and assisting victims of domestic violence in restraining order and harassment order cases, as well as providing legal guidance to victims of sexual assault and domestic violence at the Boston Medical Center emergency room.
