Mr. Wiley founded Wiley Price & Radulovich, LLP in 1996. He has worked extensively in labor and employment law, representing California public agencies including cities, counties, school districts, water districts, wastewater districts, trial courts, air quality management districts, and other special districts. He was graduated with high honors from the Michigan State University Honors College in 1972 and received his Master's Degree from the Industrial Relations Research Institute, University of Wisconsin, Madison in 1975. He received his legal education at Santa Clara University, graduating magna cum laude in 1978. Before entering private practice, Mr. Wiley served as a regional representative for the California Public Employment Relations Board and as a field attorney for the Oakland office of the National Labor Relations Board.
Mr. Wiley has been on the Executive Committee of the Labor and Employment Section of the California State Bar. He has taught labor and employment law at Santa Clara University School of Law, and has served as an Early Neutral Evaluator for labor and employment law cases before the U.S.D.C. Northern District.
