Shelly Berry-Hebb is an Assistant Director of Proposal Services with Texas A&M University's Sponsored Research Services Office. She started her research administration career with the Texas A&M Research Foundation in 1993. As a proposal administrator for over 20 years, she has seen many changes in the way proposals are processed though both administrative means and sponsor requirements. Shelly's background includes a focus on leadership development and interpersonal relations. She recently completed the Texas A&M University Leadership Institute Program. This is a six week program designed to enhance individual's leadership skills. Only 42 people are chosen from the system to participate each year. Shelly graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor's of Science in Agricultural Journalism and a minor in Communication. She and her husband reside in Bryan, Texas and enjoy traveling in their spare time.
