Guidebook’s founders are uniquely focused on mobile technology and user experience. Whereas many mobile offerings in the marketplace are designed by companies that have some other primary focus and add mobile technology as an afterthought, at Guidebook mobile is all that we do. With a staff of top-notch mobile developers, we are able to constantly innovate and improve our platform.
Prior to co-founding Guidebook, Jeff worked at Criteo as the first US-based employee. He led sales and helped grow the US staff to 40 employees. Jeff started his career as an early member of TrialPay, the worldwide leader in transactional advertising and alternative payments. Jeff holds a BS in Astrophysics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
A native of Palo Alto, Kevin has had a lifelong fascination with technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to co-founding Guidebook, Kevin co-founded Snoopr and Proxima Labs. Kevin also spent three years as a software and systems architecture consultant working on scalable enterprise software products. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Pete has been designing and developing for the web for over 10 years. Prior to Guidebook, Pete co-founded Snoopr, operated a boutique design studio out of Palo Alto - serving clients such as Slashdot and Princeton University - and worked at Cisco as a social media technology lead. Pete holds a BS in Management Information Systems and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston.

Alex is the Founder and CEO of TrialPay. Prior to TrialPay, Alex co-founded FraudEliminator, the first consumer anti-phishing company, which merged into SiteAdvisor and was acquired by McAfee in April 2006.

Allen is a Venture Advisor at Mayfield Fund, the Managing Director of New Ventures at Idealab, and an active angel investor/startup advisor. Prior to becoming an investor, Allen was a partner at two Silicon Valley law firms, Latham & Watkins and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Bob served as VP and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of eBay from 1999-2003. As CIO, he was responsible for building eBay's business technology infrastructure during a period of explosive growth. Bob most recently served as VP of Technology for the Computer History Museum.

Josh is the co-Founder and CEO of TellApart, a company he incubated while serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Greylock Partners. Prior to this, he spent five years at Google as a lead Product Manager on multiple advertising platforms, including AdWords, Audio Ads, and Google's display ads efforts.

Russell has been in high tech, software, and the Internet for over 25 years. He spent 7 years as a Vice President at Microsoft, where he started and ran MSN. After Microsoft, Russell became a partner at KPCB where he led over 20 investments. He is an active angel investor, teaches entrepreneurship at Stanford Business School, and serves on the board of four KP companies and three non-profits.
