Guidebook Honored with Three Stevie Customer Service Awards
We’re proud to share Guidebook was awarded three prestigious Stevie® Awards, recognizing our dedication to our customers. Each year, the Stevie Awards honors organizations for their excellence in sales & customer service and Guidebook is honored to be among those recognized this year!
For the seventh year in a row, Guidebook earned an award in the Customer Service and Contact Center Achievement category, taking home Silver for “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – Up to 100 Employees.”
Guidebook also took home a silver award for “Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy” and a bronze award for “Sales Consulting Practice of the Year.”

This year, more than 2,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes, across industries, were submitted for consideration on a wide range of Stevie® categories. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.
