Guidebook Honored as 2019 Stevie® Award Winner
We’re proud to announce Guidebook was awarded three prestigious Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The Stevie® Awards recognize the achievements of businesses worldwide and Guidebook is honored to be among those recognized this year!
For the sixth year in a row, Guidebook earned an award in the Customer Service and Contact Center Achievement category, taking home Silver for “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – Up to 100 Employees.” Guidebook also took home a Bronze award for “Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – Computer Industries.”
A personal approach to support and consultation
In the Solution Provider category, Guidebook also earned a Bronze award for “Sales Consulting Practice of the Year.” Recognition in this category is especially meaningful as it is a direct reflection of Guidebook’s commitment to providing industry-leading support to every customer.

To that point, the awards are a testament to the emphasis Guidebook places on enhancing our services and solutions through the support and active participation from those who know the industry best. With backgrounds in education, technology, and business, our customer team is comprised of subject matter experts understands our customers’ needs.
As a result of this commitment, we’ve been proud to gain a large footprint in specific verticals including higher education. More than 80 percent of the top universities in the US use Guidebook, including Stanford, Columbia, MIT, North Carolina State, and American University, amongst many others.
Shining in a competitive landscape
This year, more than 2,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes, across industries, were submitted for consideration on a wide range of Stevie® categories. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
