Student Engagement: Join Us for a UK Masterclass

This May we’re launching our 2019 UK Masterclass series. Join us for an exciting Higher Education focused event where our app building experts will be sharing student engagement expertise as we discuss your individual challenges. Guidebook supports over 600 universities worldwide to engage their students and enhance the student experience. In this series, we’ll share the success stories of universities we work with and collaborate together to come up with solutions to the engagement challenges universities are facing.

Why attend?

Learn. Our app building experts will share best practices and key success stories from universities that have radically improved their engagement programs. In The Solution Room, contribute and be inspired as you and your peers share the strategies that have worked and brainstorm solutions to your challenges.

Impact. Leverage these best practices and make informed decisions that will transform your engagement strategies.

Network. Get to know our mobile implementation specialists and connect with peers who share similar challenges. Exchange knowledge and understand new perspectives.

What’s on the agenda?

Engaging Students & Enhancing the Experience

Jack Tattersall, our Senior Account Manager and expert in mobile app deployment for the education sector, will look at common challenges facing the industry when it comes to student engagement. He’ll share success stories and innovative strategies that will enhance the student experience.

The Solution Room

In this section, we’ll divide the room with a Guidebook expert in each group. Collectively with your peers, we’ll discuss your individual challenges and brainstorm creative solutions. This is an opportunity to open up your challenges to a wider group and hear a diverse range of ideas from peers.

The details

We are hosting two sessions following the same agenda. The first will take place at the famous Groucho Club in the heart of Soho, London. The second will be an online event which uses the virtual classroom at The Hive in the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School. The agenda will be the same but the in-person event includes a networking lunch and the opportunity to meet the Guidebook team in person. Both settings are designed for group work and networking, and we’re very excited to open up a forum for knowledge sharing with your peers.

  • May 14th – Masterclass at the Groucho Club
  • May 22nd – Virtual Masterclass using The Hive
