What is a Guide?

A Guide is where all of your features live. This is what your users will access to view your content all in one place.

I have multiple events, do you do bulk pricing?

We do! To find out more about our bulk discounts, please click learn more and chat with one of our app-building experts.

How do I pay for the service?

You can pay via invoice (bank transfer) or credit card. For card payments, we are using a secure payment system, Stripe. For issuing and invoice - please contact us.

How long does it take for a guide to appear in the app?

Publishing your Guide on the Guidebook app and sharing it with your users is instant. Our platform is built to make this process nice and easy so you’re always up-to-date.

What is a Branded App?

A Branded App is a custom white-labelled app submitted to the App Store and the Google Play Store. This gives you full control over the look of your app, and the end-to-end user journey.

If I buy a Guide, are all of your features included?

Yes - we include all features in our guides with no limits on things like speakers, survey responses, PDFs or admin users.

If I want to try the self-service and then upgrade later can I do that?
