As the world confronts the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), our thoughts are with everyone affected.

You are a valued member of Guidebook’s global community, and I am writing to inform you of our desire to provide assistance during these unprecedented times. Whether you work in the event or education industry, or leverage one of our corporate solutions, you are undoubtedly grappling with pressing operational issues. During this crisis, you can count on Guidebook. For as long as the outbreak continues to cause meaningful economic damage, we will not be charging clients software fees for expanded usage of our platform intended to directly mitigate disruptions or negative effects to your business as a result of COVID-19. We are committed to your success.

As social distancing increases, it will be critical to remain meaningfully engaged with the people you serve. And as organizations continue to navigate uncharted territory, adopting new processes (e.g. work/learn from home), it will be critical to distribute information in a timely and organized manner.
