See Open PositionsPete is responsible for Guidebook's technology and corporate IT teams. He is a seasoned tech executive with over 20 years of industry experience. Pete brings a global leadership perspective and has led development teams focusing on areas such as online gaming, streaming video and digital fitness. He has previously helped multiple startups mature into successful companies that were ultimately acquired. In addition to startup experience, Pete has worked with brands such as Viacom, Nickelodeon and Realtor.com. Pete holds a computer science degree from Northwestern University.
Stewart is responsible for Guidebook’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams. He has 10 years experience in software sales, and joined Guidebook in 2015. As one of the first employees in the EMEA team, Stewart helped put in place successful support and account management processes which were eventually rolled out across the company. Before Guidebook he worked at a company selling websites and marketing consultancy to fashion retail companies, and then spent time living in Australia and traveling South East Asia. Stewart holds an honours degree in English Literature from the University of Gloucestershire.
As VP of Engineering, Chris is responsible for Guidebook's technical direction and roadmap and ensuring code gets shipped. Before Guidebook, Chris was the first employee at Rooftop Media, which was acquired by Amazon's Audible in 2014. He also spent time at TrustArc (formerly TRUSTe), a leader in the privacy space. Chris holds an MS in Web Sciences from the University of San Francisco.
As VP of Customer Engagement, Jacob is responsible for Guidebook's support and account management teams. Jacob started at Guidebook in 2012 as a Customer Success Associate, where he helped lay the groundwork for many processes that've helped Guidebook's support practices to flourish and gain global recognition. Since then, he's grown to manage customer service and existing business sales teams, working alongside the units to establish bigger and better workflows. Taking his front-line and managerial experience to the executive team, Jacob brings a cross-functional approach to customer relations and sales, balancing genuine human interaction and care with technical automation and innovation. Jacob holds an honors degree in Music, Science, and Technology from Stanford University.
As Director of Finance & HR, Kiffany is responsible for Guidebook's financial health and human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan. Kiffany has worked to fine tune the cash flow, budget, and forecasting processes to ensure sound short term and long term visibility into the company's finances. As a member of the Executive team, Kiffany provides guidance on a range of HR issues within the company and utilizes her interpersonal skills to implement Guidebook's mission and values. Kiffany holds a BA in Physics from the University of San Diego.
