What do you like best about Guidebook?
I really like the manage-end of Guidebook. The ease of uploading all of my events at one time and being able to edit easily in real time takes the stress out of the management of events with many moving parts. I also like that you can customize as much or little as you want and the app experience for the user still looks cleans and welcoming.

What do you dislike about EventMobi?
The platform wasn't very intuitive on the admin or user side. We constantly had attendees calling or emailing who couldn't navigate the platform come program day. It also wasn't as visually appealing as many of the other platforms we have since looked at. It was fairly basic in terms of customization and having a "newer" look. Additionally, there were quite a few things that came up that actually had to be changed in the coding by our EventMobi team, many of which seemed like fixes we should be able to easily make on our end, which I think harkens back to the basic customization ability.

- gaps in data which are reportedly undergoing constant evolutions and improvements.
- time zone is static; it can't reflect local time for delegates which is not ideal for events with delegates from different regions.
- delegates found the schedule layout difficult to navigate.
