How many attendees can this handle?
Guidebook Registration can handle an unlimited number of attendees for both paid and free events.
Can I show different questions to different attendees?
Yes, you can customize the questions within the form for a particular ticket type.
In addition, the Branching Multiple Choice question type allows you to inject conditional conditional logic into forms. This gives you the flexibility and control you need to collect relevant data by displaying a follow-up question based on the response to a previous question.
Which payment methods can I use for Guidebook Registration?
Guidebook Registration currently supports credit card payments via Stripe.
Is there a fee for using Guidebook Registration? Do you take a cut?
With Guidebook, you can build and publish your event registration for free - no upfront charges or bloated contracts to commit to.
In addition, there are no fees when you sell tickets for a free event.
For paid events, Guidebook charges a fee as follows:
- 2% for customers who use our platform for Registration and a Branded Event App, plus $0.79 for each registrant.
- 2.5% for customers who use out platform for Registration only (no branded app), plus $0.99 for each registrant.
Lastly, for all paid events, standard credit card fees apply as defined by our payment processor, Stripe.
